Hi,
I have been reading your blog posts for a long time now and I love to come to again and again but I am kinda taken aback at your approval and use of Soy Milk. There are lot of reports talking of the ill benefits of soy milk and you can find them on every health site of repute - mercola, natural news, etc. They say that soy is best had only in fermented form like natto and tempeh and this is how it was eaten in Asian cuisines like Japan for centuries without having any ill effects. The recent modern age versions of soy like its milk and tofu have estrogen-mimicking properties which can play havoc with the body hormones of both males and females.
